Where a participation reward is offered, any free entry path will be described clearly in the official rules for that cycle.
Separate from voting
Voting power is tied to recorded contributions in the live cycle. The participation reward is handled independently and governed by its own official rules.
Eligibility and restrictions
Eligibility requirements, excluded jurisdictions, age restrictions, entry windows, and winner notification details must be listed in the official rules published for the live cycle.
Winner selection
If a participation reward is offered, winner selection, confirmation, and any disqualification process must be described clearly before the cycle opens.
